Fragrance Discovery Order Policy

All customers using credit cards whether ordering by fax or mail must submit a Fax and Mail Order Form filled out completely with signature when placing an order.

All orders, except orders prepaid by money order, without prior approval from Designer Fragrances will be returned without being processed.

All domestic orders within the continental 48 states are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified by the customer. We normally charge $4.00 shipping for 1 item and $6.00 for 2 or more.

Orders from Alaska and Hawaii and all foreign orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes or fees, if any, that may be applicable. Contact your Customs bureau if you have any questions about duties, taxes or fees. Gifts shipped to anyone are generally not subject to duties, taxes or fees.
